Axis Mutual Fund files offer document for Income Plus Arbitrage Passive FOF

Axis Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended fund of funds scheme named ‘Axis Income Plus Arbitrage Passive FOF’. The New Fund Offer price for units would be Rs 10 per unit as on the date of allotment. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against 65% NIFTY Short Duration DebtIndex+35% Nifty 50 Arbitrage TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 100 and in multiples of Re 1 thereof.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate optimal returns over medium term by investing in passive debt oriented mutual fund schemes and arbitrage funds.
