ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of AMC
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) located at ‘SCO 121, Ground Floor, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana, Punjab - 141001’ is shifting to ‘Ludhiana Stock Exchange Building, built upon Property bearing Municipal No. 751/133, Khasra No. 720, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana - 141001, Punjab’ with effect from March 1, 2025.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
