ICICI Pru AMC announces change in name of BSE Liquid Rate ETF
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme.
Pursuant to communication received from SEBI and AMFI dated September 24, 2024, with respect to ‘nomenclature to be followed for the ETFs that will be launched based on 1-day liquid indices’, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that ICICI Prudential Trust (the Trustee) has approved the modification to the name of the Scheme. In view of the above, with effect from January 27, 2025 the name of ICICI Prudential BSE Liquid Rate ETF (the Scheme) shall be modified as ‘ICICI Prudential BSE Liquid Rate ETF – IDCW’. Also note that, subsequent to the effective date, the change in the name of the Scheme would also be carried out on the stock exchanges and depositories.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
