Diamond Power Infrastructure soars on commencing production of Medium Voltage extrusion line
Diamond Power Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 88.00, up by 1.95 points or 2.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 86.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 84.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 90.35 and Rs. 81.75 respectively. So far 46673 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 193.58 on 21-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.10 on 19-Feb-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 95.95 and Rs. 81.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4658.42 crore.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has commenced the commercial production of one Medium Voltage extrusion line at Vadodara Plant, capable of making 175 kms of MV Cables per month. At Present, the company has 3 MV Cables lines in operations and has a plan to commence the commercial production of 6 more MV Cables line by September 2025, making it total 9 lines in a single location. The investment required for the capacity addition is Rs 12 crore which will be funded by internal accruals.
Two More MV Cables Line are expected to be completed by March 2025 with the commencing of this line. At Present, the company has four lines capable of making 600 kms of MV Cables every month which will increase to 1350 kms per month before September 2025.
Diamond Power Infrastructure (DPIL) was incorporated in 1992 having its registered office in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company is engaged in manufacturing & selling of conductor, cables and transmission towers.
