ICICI Pru AMC announces appointment of Dealer in Investment departmen
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Aabhas Mathur has been appointed as a Dealer in Investment department and would be a Key Personnel of the AMC. Accordingly, the following details form part of the key personnel details under SAI:
Aabhas Mathur (28 years), completed B Tech from IIT Kanpur and MBA (International Business) - Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Aabhas has over 3 years of experience and he has been appointed as a Senior Manager - Dealing in the Investment department with effect from February 3, 2025. Prior to joining here, he was worked HDFC Bank - Interest Rate Trading from June 2021 to January 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the SAI of the Fund remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time.
