HPL Electric & Power zooms on inking MoU with Guangxi Ramway Technology

HPL Electric & Power is currently trading at Rs. 483.15, up by 31.55 points or 6.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 451.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 454.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 486.90 and Rs. 451.05 respectively. So far 305636 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 500.40 on 8-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 166.75 on 10-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 500.40 and Rs. 437.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3094.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.56% and 26.78% respectively.

HPL Electric & Power has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guangxi Ramway Technology, China for local manufacturing under phased Manufacturing/ technical Tie-up/ Procurement for the assembly of Relay/Latching Relays in India.
