Himatsingka Seide gains on raising Rs 50 crore via NCDs

Himatsingka Seide is currently trading at Rs. 92.85, up by 1.00 points or 1.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 91.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 91.91 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 93.40 and Rs. 91.48 respectively. So far 47713 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 164.65 on 07-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.91 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 95.00 and Rs. 85.79 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1166.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.48%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.76% and 45.76% respectively.

Himatsingka Seide has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 1,000 Series C Senior, Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Series C NCDs/ Series C Debentures) denominated in Indian Rupees each having a face value of Rs 5,00,000, at par, on a private placement basis. The NCDs have a coupon rate of 11.50% p.a., payable quarterly, and are set to mature on December 30, 2029. The Securities Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has on June 30, 2026, allotted the same.
