Heranba Industries shines on getting nod to incorporate Foreign Joint Venture Company in China

Heranba Industries has received approval for the incorporation of a new Foreign Joint Venture Company (Foreign Joint Venture Company) in China. The JV Company once incorporated will be related party of the Company. The Board of the Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 13, 2024 has approved the same.
Heranba Industries is engaged in manufacturing process which mainly includes chemical reactions of ammonolysis, esterification, hydrolysis, condensation, favorski reaction, isomerisation, cyanation, friedel crafts, methoxylation, cyclisation and halogenation.
