HDFC AMC announces change in key personnel

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Prasad Galgale will be appointed as Assistant Manager - Investments Process Control, Equity Dealer (Backup) of HDFC Asset Management Company (‘HDFC AMC’) with effect from January 01, 2025 and would be designated as a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC. Accordingly, his details stand inserted in the section ‘Information on Key Personnel’ appearing in the SAI of the Fund dated June 30, 2024 as follows:
Prasad Galgale (24 years), is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a B.Com graduate. He has collectively 2 years and 3 months of experience in Audit and Assurance, Mutual Fund Operations and Investments. Prasad Galgale has also worked as Assistant Manager - Investments Process Control (June 2024 to December 2024) & Assistant Manager – Operations (October 2023 to May 2024) at HDFC Asset Management Company. Prior to joining HDFC AMC, he was associated with Rao and Emmar (CA Firm) as Manager (September 2022 to September 2023).
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
