HCL Technologies rises despite reporting flat consolidated net profit at Rs 4,235 crore in Q2FY26

HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1500.10, up by 5.40 points or 0.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 1494.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1516.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1534.65 and Rs. 1499.10 respectively. So far 385911 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2011.00 on 13-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1304.00 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1534.65 and Rs. 1429.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 409641.31 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.76% and 4.42% respectively.
HCL Technologies has reported 17.38% fall in its net profit at Rs 2,657 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26) as compared to Rs 3,216 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 9.73% at Rs 14,154 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 12,899 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company's net profit remained flat at Rs 4,235 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.37% at Rs 32,357 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 29,318 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
