HCL Technologies gains on completing acquisition of Communications Technology Group assets from HPE

HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1890.55, up by 19.85 points or 1.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1870.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1875.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1894.00 and Rs. 1873.30 respectively. So far 9988 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1921.00 on 25-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1235.00 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1916.30 and Rs. 1833.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 512842.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.47% and 4.72% respectively.

HCL Technologies (HCL Tech) has completed the purchase of certain assets from Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) Communications Technology Group (CTG).
