Vardhman Textiles gains on reporting 18% jump in Q4 consolidated net profit

Vardhman Textiles has reported 22.69% rise in its net profit at Rs 228.97 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 186.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 4.05% at Rs 2,578.08 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 2,477.73 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 17.69% rise in its net profit at Rs 237.88 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 202.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 4.04% at Rs 2,628.54 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 2,526.56 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 44.67% rise in its net profit at Rs 879.07 crore as compared to Rs 607.63 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 3.35% at Rs 9,954.68 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,632.22 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 39.27% rise in its net profit at Rs 886.72 crore as compared to Rs 636.70 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased marginally by 2.95% at Rs 10,120.84 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,830.62 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
