Gujarat Gas rises on reporting 21% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Gujarat Gas is currently trading at Rs. 399.55, up by 5.45 points or 1.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 394.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 391.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 405.15 and Rs. 390.00 respectively. So far 10208 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 508.60 on 03-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 360.60 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 418.00 and Rs. 390.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 27287.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.89% and 13.22% respectively.

Gujarat Gas has reported 19.84% rise in its net profit at Rs 265.58 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 221.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.73% at Rs 3,919.71 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 4,391.03 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 20.75% rise in its net profit at Rs 266.84 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 220.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.70% at Rs 3,919.71 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 4,389.35 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
