Goodluck India is currently trading at Rs. 1029.80, up by 4.15 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 1025.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1005.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1030.95 and Rs. 1001.60 respectively. So far 3705 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1352.80 on 03-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 608.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1086.70 and Rs. 1001.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3415.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.89% and 37.66 % respectively.

Goodluck India’s subsidiary -- Goodluck Defence & Aerospace has successfully commenced its first overseas dispatch of 155 mm heavy calibre empty shells from its manufacturing plant in Uttar Pradesh. This dispatch represents a structured and milestone-driven journey undertaken by the company over the past few months, and a significant advancement in the company’s expansion into international markets, strengthening its position within the global defence supply chain.

Beginning with the establishment of a dedicated manufacturing facility for 155 mm heavy calibre empty shells, the company progressively built the required infrastructure, systems, and quality processes necessary to operate within the defence manufacturing ecosystem. Following this, requisite technical validations and manufacturer approvals were secured, enabling the company to participate in the global supply chain. Subsequently, the company successfully procured its first export order, obtained all necessary internal and regulatory clearances for acceptance and execution, and has now commenced dispatch.
