Godrej Properties shines on acquiring 100% stake in Pearlshine Home Developers

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 2403.95, up by 84.60 points or 3.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 2319.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2355.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2413.90 and Rs. 2355.00 respectively. So far 3430 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3400.00 on 16-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2081.50 on 27-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2413.90 and Rs. 2150.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 72202.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.25% and 13.25% respectively.

Godrej Properties has acquired 100% equity shares of Pearlshine Home Developers (PHDPL) from its existing shareholders. Pursuant to the said acquisition, PHDPL has become the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. PHDPL will undertake the real estate development activities. The shares of the PHDPL are acquired on February 03, 2025.
