GE Power India shines on securing contracts worth Rs 774.9 crore

GE Power India is currently trading at Rs. 343.75, up by 11.75 points or 3.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 332.00 on the BSE. 

The scrip opened at Rs. 371.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 371.00 and Rs. 342.75 respectively. So far 134431 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 371.00 on 04-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 103.15 on 05-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 371.00 and Rs. 269.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2327.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.39% and 27.04% respectively.

GE Power India has secured contracts worth Rs 774.9 crore from Jaiprakash Power Ventures. The first contract worth Rs 490.5 crore plus (GST 18 %) is for D&E, Supply, transportation, TFA for erection & commissioning and conducting PGT of FGD for Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant at Nigrie. Another contract worth Rs 284.4 crore plus (GST 18%) is for D&E, Supply, transportation, TFA for erection & commissioning and conducting PGT of Boiler FGD for Bina Thermal Power Plant at Bina. 

GE Power India is engaged in the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and servicing of power plants and power equipment.
