Franklin Templeton AMC announces change in Risk-o-meter scheme and Benchmark of scheme
Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum of schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund.
Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has informed that Risk-o-meter for schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund was calculated in accordance with Para 6.16.1 of SEBI Master Circular on Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026, based on portfolio as on May 29, 2026.
The Risk-o-meter of Franklin India Government Securities Fund and Franklin India Equity Savings Fund (as of April 30, 2026) has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ (as of May 29, 2026).
Pursuant to Para 6.17 of SEBI Master circular on Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026, Risk-o-meter for benchmark - NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index A-II of Franklin India Floating Rate Fund (the scheme) of the Fund has been revised ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
