JM Financial AMC announces change in Key Personnel
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that, Bhavin Hemani, Equity Dealer, has resigned from the services of the AMC from the close of business hours on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Consequently, he ceases to be the Equity Dealer and Key Personnel of the AMC.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
