FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per June 30 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 28861.74 crore against gross selling of Rs 26746.14 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2115.60 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 5149.20 crore with gross sales of Rs 2994.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2154.76 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 2423.80 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 133.03 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 136.01 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 34.91 crore against gross selling of Rs 48.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 13.16 crore in hybrid segment.
