FirstCry's parent seeks to raise up to $501 million in India IPO, term sheet shows
BrainBees Solutions, the parent of Indian retailer FirstCry, is seeking to raise up to $501 million via issue of new shares and existing investors diluting stakes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The company has set a price band between 440 rupees and 465 rupees per share, which values it as much as $2.9 billion at the higher end of the price band, details from the term sheet showed.
