Skyways Air Services Limited`s IPO reaches a high of Rs 136.45 on NSE on listing day

Shares of Skyways Air Services Limited, which is consistently ranked No. 1 “Air Freight Forwarder” in terms of AWBs generation by World ACD for last four calendar years 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022 (Source - World ACD Market Data), reached a high of Rs 136.45 on the NSE on listing day.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 136.4 on the BSE.

The scrip closed at Rs 125.65 on the BSE, and at Rs 125.56 on the NSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 560.82 lakh shares, on BSE the total quantity stood at 32.4 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 766.37 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 1,826.2 crore as per BSE, and Rs 1,822.3 crore as per NSE.

The issue received bids of 2,10,79,10,700 equity shares against the offered 2,95,83,600 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Retail Portion were subscribed 139.69 times and 25.40 times, respectively. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 87.24 times.
