FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 11 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10097.93 crore against gross selling of Rs 14834.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4736.97 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1445.73 crore with gross sales of Rs 2359.7 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 913.97 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 509.76 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 36.88 crore and net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 441.09 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 55.85 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 42.84 crore in hybrid segment.
