FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 05 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26735.75 crore against gross selling of Rs 38979.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 12243.91 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2985.73 crore with gross sales of Rs 2123.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 862.38 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.20 crore against gross selling of Rs 40.54 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 14.34 crore in hybrid segment.
