FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 6 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 25335.45 crore against gross selling of Rs 15846.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 9489.29 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 4045.28 crore with gross sales of Rs 1831.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2213.36 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 555.17 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 187.17 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1471.02 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 25.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 19.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 6.56 crore in hybrid segment.
