FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 29 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15920.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 10263.65 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 5656.82 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1170.85 crore with gross sales of Rs 293.47 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 877.38 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 21.63 crore against gross selling of Rs 51.49 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 29.86 crore in hybrid segment.
