FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 27 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13229.85 crore against gross selling of Rs 12260.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 969.41 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2487.55 crore with gross sales of Rs 440.77 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2046.78 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 38.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 207.04 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 169.01 crore in hybrid segment.
