Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals flies on executing BTA to acquire Group Pharma`s wellness portfolio

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals is currently trading at Rs. 242.05, up by 16.15 points or 7.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 225.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 230.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 247.00 and Rs. 230.05 respectively. So far 221316 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 264.65 on 30-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 154.90 on 22-Jan-2026.

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has executed Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Group Pharmaceuticals (Group Pharma) for the acquisition of Group Pharma’s Wellness Portfolio on a going-concern basis by way of slump sale. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before November 1, 2026. This business brings in an established portfolio of products and an existing market presence, which it intends to integrate with its existing commercial platform and capabilities while leveraging its existing distribution network to create operating synergies.
