Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases soars on winning contract worth Rs 480.73 crore from BHEL

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases is currently trading at Rs. 367.75, up by 8.65 points or 2.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 359.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 395.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 395.00 and Rs. 358.95 respectively. So far 223798 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 500.85 on 29-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 175.05 on 17-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 395.00 and Rs. 352.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5277.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 77.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.70% and 10.15% respectively.

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has secured a contract worth Rs 480.73 crore (excluding GST) from Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) for the supply and erection of a Cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) for the proposed Coal to Ammonium Nitrate (2000 TPD) Project at Bandhabal, Jharsuguda district, Odisha (India). The capacity of the ASU is 1200 TPD.

The contract involves design, engineering, supply, erection, testing, pre-commissioning, trial runs operations, operator training, demonstration of performance guarantee, supply of spares and handing over, all on a turnkey basis. The contract is to be executed within 24 months.
