EAM Jaishankar states India`s stance on Ukraine conflict, calls for peaceful Resolution
While addressing a press briefing in Kyiv on PM Modi’s landmark visit to Ukraine, EAM Jaishankar stated India’s stance for enduing peace in Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict in the region. EAM Jaishankar said, India’s view is that two sides need to engage with each other to find a solution.
EAM also talked about PM Modi’s message to Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, Jaishankar said, PM Modi reiterated India’s willingness to contribute in all possible ways to facilitate and early return of peace.
He said, “India’s view that the two sides need to engage each other to find a solution. Prime Minister reiterated the need for sincere and practical engagement between all stake holders to develop innovative solutions that will have broad acceptability and contribute towards early restoration of peace.”
