Brazil envoy hails PM Narendra Modi`s visit to nation, says it marks milestone in bilateral, business ties

Brazil’s Ambassador to India, Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nóbrega, hailed PM Modi’s upcoming Brazil visit as a milestone amid rapidly growing business ties, noting over 100 business missions exchanged in under two years. On defence cooperation, he highlighted potential deals including India’s Akash systems, patrol vessels, and collaboration on Scorpène-class submarines, with both countries working together on maintenance and technology sharing.
On PM Modi's visit to Brazil, Ambassador of Brazil to India, Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nóbrega said, "...This visit is taking place in unprecedented times of booming business relations... In less than two years, we had 72 business missions from Brazil to India and 40 plus from India to Brazil, focusing on trade, investment and technology...We are looking forward to a very good visit"
On Defence cooperation between India and Brazil, Ambassador of Brazil to India, Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nóbrega said, "...There is a possibility of India selling Akash systems to Brazil, patrol vessels, concluding a memorandum of understanding on managing the so called Scorpène-class submarine because Brazil also has bought French Submarines...The two countries are also combining their expertise in the area of maintenance..."
