Dynacons Systems & Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 1297.40, up by 184.55 points or 16.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 1112.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1220.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1313.10 and Rs. 1220.00 respectively. So far 38157 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,313.10 on 5-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 781.50 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1313.10 and Rs. 1043.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1624.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.67% and 38.44% respectively.

Dynacons Systems & Solutions has been awarded an order for Supply, Installation, Implementation, Integration, Maintenance and Facilities Management Services for Private Cloud Infrastructure for Data Centers of Reserve Bank of India. The total order value is Rs 750.82 crore (including GST).

The Reserve Bank of India is in the process of establishing a new state-of-the-art, energy efficient, Greenfield Next Generation Data Centre (NGDC) housed with the latest technology at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this context, the Bank intends to establish a robust, scalable, and secure Private Cloud to support current and future application and analytics workloads, with provision for integration of AI Cloud capabilities separately.

The scope of the Private Cloud Infrastructure project includes provisioning and deployment of Servers, Unified Native Storage, SAN Switches, Physical Racks, and associated Software Licenses. The project includes support for a period of 5 years. The solution shall also be designed to enable secure integration with the Bank's AI Cloud infrastructure. Dynacons will be responsible for end-to-end supply, design, installation, implementation, integration with the Bank’s existing data center ecosystem, and providing ongoing technical support in line with defined service levels. The Scope of work also includes maintenance, vulnerability management, upgrades, and continuous monitoring of the solution, in accordance with the agreed timelines and service requirements.
