DLF surges on reporting 39% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

DLF is currently trading at Rs. 765.60, up by 28.20 points or 3.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 737.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 752.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 783.00 and Rs. 743.00 respectively. So far 1150605 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 928.70 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 601.20 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 783.00 and Rs. 677.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 189485.11 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.98% and 4.94% respectively.
DLF has has reported over three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1549.94 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 442.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased over two-fold at Rs 3,056.68 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 1264.12 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 39.40% rise in its net profit at Rs 1282.20 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 919.82 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 44.51% at Rs 3347.77 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2316.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 26.28% rise in its net profit at Rs 1580.00 crore as compared to Rs 1251.21 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 47.18% at Rs 6,001.40 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4,077.52 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 60.34% rise in its net profit at Rs 4,366.82 crore as compared to Rs 2,723.53 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 29.28% at Rs 8995.89 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6,958.34 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
