Valplast Technologies zooms on bagging new order worth Rs 72.24 crore

Valplast Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 40.30, up by 3.30 points or 8.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 37.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 37.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 40.30 and Rs. 37.00 respectively. So far 6000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 67.99 on 21-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.80 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 40.30 and Rs. 36.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 72.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.89% and 31.42% respectively.

Valplast Technologies has secured a new order worth around Rs 72.24 crore from M/s Ajanma Industries LLP. The scope of the order comprises supply, erection, testing and commissioning of ferrous and non-ferrous items for Railway projects. The order is to be executed within 18 months.

Valplast Technologies is civil-engineering & construction company engaged in providing structural waterproofing system, injection grouting solutions, Pre-Cast Concrete systems and MEP engineering services for various type of infrastructure projects.
