Dilip Buildcon soars on emerging as L-1 bidder for Kerela project

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 561.60, up by 9.60 points or 1.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 552.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 552.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 581.55 and Rs. 550.80 respectively. So far 67630 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 588.40 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 286.25 on 25-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 581.55 and Rs. 541.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8093.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.97% and 17.88% respectively.

Dilip Buildcon has emerged as L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the Konkan Railway Corporation on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis in the state of Kerela. The project is for Construction of Twin Tube Unidirectional Tunnel (2-Lanes in each Traffic Direction) in the Kozhikode and Wayanad Districts of Kerala State on EPC basis including Four Lane approach Road for Direct Connectivity Between Anakkampoyil - Kalladi - Meppadi from Km 0.460 to Km 8.735 - (Project length=8.275 km)- Package-II.

The bid project cost is Rs 1341.00 crore. The completion period of the project is 48 months.
