Ddev Plastiks Industries has received board’s approval to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), subject to the statutory requirements/approval, with an initial investment of Rs 25 crore. The objective of the incorporation is expansion of operations. The company's Board at its meeting held on April 8, 2024, has approved the same.
