Central Bank of India shines on inking distributorship agreement with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC

Central Bank Of India is currently trading at Rs. 64.58, up by 2.50 points or 4.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 62.08 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 62.62 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.78 and Rs. 62.62 respectively. So far 703109 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 76.85 on 07-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.92 on 25-May-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 64.78 and Rs. 59.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 55731.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 93.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.97% and 3.95% respectively.

Central Bank of India has entered into a distributorship Agreement with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (ABSLAMC) for distribution of their Mutual Fund Products to its customers on Do it yourself (DIY) model. The participation by both the entities in this arrangement will result in offering the customers of Central Bank of India, an opportunity to unlock the value of their savings through various mutual fund products offered by ABSLAMC. 

ABSLAMC is one of the leading asset managers in India, servicing around 7.98 million investor folios with a pan India presence across 290 plus locations and a total AUM of Rs 3,247 billion for the quarter ending December 31, 2023 under its suite of Mutual Fund (excluding domestic FoFs), Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, Offshore and Real Estate offerings.
