Central Bank of India gains on entering into distribution agreement with Bandhan AMC

Central Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 36.41, up by 0.23 points or 0.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 36.18 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 36.33 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 36.52 and Rs. 36.00 respectively. So far 87827 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 60.13 on 11-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 32.81 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 37.45 and Rs. 35.52 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 32956.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.74% and 4.98% respectively.

Central Bank of India has entered into a distribution agreement with Bandhan AMC for offering their Mutual Fund Products to its customers. The participation by both the entities in this arrangement will result in offering the customers of Central Bank of India, an opportunity to unlock the value of their savings through various mutual fund products offered by Bandhan AMC.
