Canara Robeco Mutual Fund (MF) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) cum Common Application Form of all Scheme(s) of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund (CRMF). 

Canara Robeco AMC (Asset Management Company) has informed that as per the requirement of Regulation 43A of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD2/P/ CIR/2023/128 dated July 27, 2023 on ‘Framework for Corporate Debt Market Development Fund (CDMDF)’ and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD2/P/ CIR/2023/129 dated July 27, 2023 on 'Investment by mutual fund schemes and Asset Management Companies (AMCs) in units of CDMDF’, following specified open ended debt-oriented schemes of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund (CRMF) and Canara Robeco Asset Management Co. (CRAM) shall invest such percentage of net assets in the units of the CDMDF: Canara Robeco Dynamic Bond Fund,  Canara Robeco Savings Fund,Canara Robeco Income Fund, Canara Robeco Liquid Fund, Canara Robeco Conservative Hybrid Fund, Canara Robeco Ultra Short Term Fund, Canara Robeco Short 

Duration Fund, Canara Robeco Corporate Bond Fund and Canara Robeco Banking and PSU Debt Fund.

All the other provisions and terms and conditions of the Schemes of CRMF shall remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Schemes of the CRMF, as amended from time to time.
