Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that Reessha Chughh, Head Human Resources (HR) has resigned from the services of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) and therefore ceased to be the Key Personnel of AMC with effect from close of business hours of Friday, September 29, 2023. In view of the same, all references to Reessha Chughh in SAI of the Fund stands deleted.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
