Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces change in Risk-o-meter of Arbitrage Fund
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) for the Schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
In terms of provisions of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/ CIR/2023/74 dated May 19, 2023; Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Arbitrage Fund (the Scheme) stands revised from ‘Low’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM of the schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the SID & KIM remains unchanged.
