Aditya Birla SL AMC announces appointment of independent director
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Anita Ramachandran (DIN: 00118188) has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of ABSLAMC with effect from Tuesday, March 25, 2025. A brief profile of Anita Ramachandran is enclosed.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in SAI. All other features and terms & conditions of SAI shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
