Bank of Baroda soars on reporting 10% rise in global business during Q2FY26

Bank Of Baroda is currently trading at Rs. 268.20, up by 4.25 points or 1.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 263.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 264.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 271.85 and Rs. 264.75 respectively. So far 1004170 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 271.85 on 06-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 190.70 on 04-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 271.85 and Rs. 248.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 137584.09 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.14% and 8.89% respectively.
Bank of Baroda’s global business stood at Rs 27,79,114 crore (provisional) as of September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26), posting a 10.47% rise in year-on-year (YoY) against Rs 25,15,654 crore as of September 30, 2024. Global deposits grew 9.28% to Rs 15,00,011 crore (provisional) as of September 30, 2025, as compared to Rs 13,72,615 crore as of September 30, 2024.
Domestic deposits stood at Rs 12,71,992 crore (provisional) as of September 30, 2025, posting a 9.66% rise in year-on-year against Rs 11,59,920 crore as of September 30, 2024. Its Global Advances grew 11.90% to Rs 12,79,102 crore (provisional) as of Q2FY26, as compared to Rs 11,43,039 crore on a yearly basis. Domestic Advances stood at Rs 10,46,746 crore in Q2FY26.
