Asian Granito India rises on completing acquisition of 26% stake in Allomex Steel
Asian Granito India is currently trading at Rs. 76.02, up by 0.47 points or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 75.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 77.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 77.34 and Rs. 75.00 respectively. So far 46130 shares were traded on the counter.

Asian Granito India has completed the acquisition of 26% Equity Shares of Allomex Steel (ASPL) from its existing shareholders on December 31, 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Allomex Steel has become an Associate Company of the Company.
