Bajaj Finserv soars on reporting 30% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Bajaj Finserv is currently trading at Rs. 2016.00, up by 30.45 points or 1.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1985.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1986.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2022.00 and Rs. 1985.00 respectively. So far 5571 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2134.45 on 24-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1523.75 on 16-Aug-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2063.80 and Rs. 1934.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 319930.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.50% and 22.70% respectively.

Bajaj Finserv has reported 47.88% decline in its net profit at Rs 329.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 633.04 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 50.50% at Rs 454.28 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 917.74 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 30.47% rise in net profit at Rs 2,789.05 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 2,137.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 12.61% at Rs 35,451.34 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 31,480.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
