Aviation stocks trade mixed post budget announcement
Aviation stocks are trading mixed after Finance Minister announced that Indian carriers have proactively placed orders for over 1,000 new aircraft.
Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 2999.20, up by 38.25 points or 1.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 2960.95 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 2989.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3058.00 and Rs. 2971.60 respectively. So far 20645 shares were traded on the counter.
SpiceJet is currently trading at Rs. 64.40, down by 0.60 points or 0.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 65.00 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 65.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 65.57 and Rs. 64.00 respectively. So far 2017286 shares were traded on the counter.
Jet Airways (India) is currently trading at Rs. 54.50, down by 0.09 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 54.59 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 54.11 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 55.15 and Rs. 54.00 respectively. So far 4196 shares were traded on the counter.
