Asian Games: Nandini Agasara claims bronze in women`s Heptathlon

Indian athlete Nandini Agasara won a bronze medal in the women’s Heptathlon 800m in the ongoing Asian Games on October 01. The 20-year-old finished third in her first Asian Games with a points tally of 5712. She finished above her compatriot Swapna Barman by a four-point margin. Talking to ANI, Nandini Agasara said, “I am very happy that I could get a medal in my first senior international game. I never imagined that I could win a medal in this competition.”
