Track and field athlete Mohammed Afsal Pulikkalakath won a silver medal in the Men’s 800 m event at the Asian Games 2023 on October 03. Speaking to ANI, the athlete expressed his joy in winning a silver for his country. “This is my first Asian Games and I could win a silver medal for India so I am very happy. I dedicate this medal to my coach and my parents. They have supported me a lot,” he said.
