Arkade Developers lists with 37% premium on the BSE

Arkade Developers has debuted at Rs 175.90 on the BSE, up by 47.9 points or 37.42% from its issue price of Rs 128.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 173.55, up by 45.55 points or 35.59% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs 190.00 and Rs 165.35 respectively. So far 27.63 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between September 16, 2024 and September 19, 2024 was subscribed around 106 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 128.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 121-128 apiece.
Arkade Developers is primarily engaged in real estate development.
