Ami Organics shines on launching QIP with floor price of Rs 1228.71 per share

AMI Organics is currently trading at Rs. 1398.40, up by 88.10 points or 6.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 1310.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1320.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1469.55 and Rs. 1320.85 respectively. So far 57367 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1469.55 on 19-June-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1005.05 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1469.55 and Rs. 1282.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5273.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.78% and 44.31% respectively.

Ami Organics has launched Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on June 18, 2024 with floor price for the Issue, being Rs 1228.71 per Equity Share (Floor Price), based on the pricing formula as prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations. 

A meeting of the QIP Committee is scheduled to be held on or after June 21, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Issue price, including a discount if any thereto, as permitted under the SEBI ICDR Regulations and pursuant to the approval of the shareholders of its Company accorded through their special resolution passed by way of a postal ballot on May 14, 2024 for the Equity Shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers, pursuant to the issue.
