Ajmera Realty gains on reporting 36% growth in sales value during Q1 FY25

Ajmera Realty & Infra India is currently trading at Rs. 750.35, up by 4.10 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 746.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 761.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 761.20 and Rs. 743.35 respectively. So far 2298 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 882.40 on 24-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 327.00 on 28-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 780.00 and Rs. 697.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2664.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.40% and 23.40% respectively.

Ajmera Realty has witnessed strong growth in sales value during Q1 FY25, surging by 36% YoY to Rs 306 crore from Rs 225 crore in Q1 FY24 driven by robust performance across its key project portfolio. The surge in sales is on account of recently launched project Ajmera Vihara at Bhandup, with 27% of inventory sold on launch. 

Ajmera Greenfinity AB sales momentum continued with 38% inventory being sold in span of less than two quarters from its launch period. The surge being evident across the company’s portfolio, indicating strong interest from homebuyers notably in Ajmera Manhattan and Ajmera Prive. With the execution happening at fast track the collection also robust during the quarter witnessing increase of 49%. 

Ajmera Realty & Infra India is primarily engaged in real estate development. Its real estate business caters to the mid and hi-end housing segments. It also operates in the hospitality and entertainment, which includes dome theatres, retail and malls, etc.
